Sheryl Underwood, a American comedian and TV personality best known as the host of The Talk, a popular talk show that airs on daytime TV. Sheryl Underwood was born in Arkansas and grew up at Little Rock, Atwater, as well as Atwater. Sheryl comes out of an extremely troubled family. Sheryl was raised by her sibling Frankie. Frankie had suffered from Polio. She faced a lot of problems with her mother as she was growing up. Sheryl states that her mother had a time when she stabbed her father over getting too close. Sheryl joined military after graduating from the college. But her passion was comedy. She was the sole female to make it through the 1989 contest Miller Lite Comedy Search. She began her TV career in 1992 appearing as a frequently performing comedian on HBO's comedy show Def Comedy Jam. She was a guest as host of Oh Drama! as the host in 2000. In 2011, she began participating on The Talk as co-host. She has also been in fictional roles on shows like Bulworth Nikki, and Beauty Shop.
